We have welcomed many of you to individual educational seminars in the past, and we are excited to bring the same opportunity to multiple cities later this year. These free seminars will kick off on Saturday, September 12, 2026, in San Diego, CA. They are all live, in-person events and do require tickets for attendance.
The seminars will feature:
- Engaging presentations from stem cell experts

What is Included When You Attend a Stem Cell Therapy Seminar?
Light refreshments will be provided at each event for those in attendance. Registered attendees also receive a free copy of Dr. Riordan’s book, Stem Cell Therapy: A Rising Tide: How Stem Cells Are Disrupting Medicine and Transforming Lives. In this book, Neil Riordan, PA, PhD, recounts his experience isolating our proprietary stem cells and how they may help lead to better outcomes for patients at Stem Cell Institute. In order to receive your free book and to ensure that enough seats are available, you must register for each event you plan on attending.
Each event will officially start at 1:00 pm and will wrap up three hours later at 4:00 pm. Attendees may arrive and start checking in at 12:15 pm.

Neil Riordan, PA, PhD
Neil Riordan, PA, PhD is one of the early pioneers and experts in applied stem cell research. Dr. Riordan is founder, chairman and chief science officer of Stem Cell Institute in Panama, which specializes in the treatment of human diseases and conditions using Golden Cells™. Dr. Riordan is also an established author and inventor. Together with leading universities, he has published numerous papers in peer-reviewed medical journals and has 17 families of patent applications.
Neil Riordan, PA, PhD earned his Bachelor of Science at Wichita State University and graduated summa cum laude. He received his Master’s degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Riordan completed his education by earning a Ph.D. in Health Sciences at Medical University of the Americas.
Jorge Paz-Rodriguez, MD
In his roles as a board member, medical director, and founder of Stem Cell Institute, Dr. Paz guides a team of seasoned physicians dedicated to enhancing the lives of patients through stem cell therapy. Additionally, he serves as the director of Wellmed Clinic in Panama and previously held the position of director at Wellmed Clinic in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Paz completed his medical training in internal medicine at Lincoln Hospital in New York City and holds board certification in internal medicine.
Tejas V. Ozarkar, MD
Serving as the medical director at Riordan Medical Institute (RMI) in Southlake, TX, Dr. Ozarkar is a double board-certified physician in pain management and physical medicine/rehabilitation, having received his training from Ivy League institutions. He possesses extensive expertise in addressing the needs of patients dealing with issues such as neck, back, and joint pain.
Julio Sierra, MD
Dr. Sierra is the clinical director at Stem Cell Institute Panama. Before joining our team in Panama, he devoted 15 years of his career to medical research in HIV, endocrine, and stem cell studies. He brings this wealth of knowledge to every conversation he has with our patients and how he leads our clinical team.
Cesalina Gracie
Cesaline Gracie has been a fantastic host for our past events, and she is joining us again this year! She is a female empowerment entrepreneur, athlete (teacher), and TV presenter. She has worked with icons like actress Kristen Bell and model Taylor Hill. Gracie also accomplished the incredible feat of climbing Mount Everest in May 2023. As a passionate advocate of health and wellness, she will be hosting our event and sharing her personal story of how Stem Cell Institute impacted her family.
