Formative agent of protein complex

Gen, Shokyu; Kyoto, Japan

This invention describes a novel formative protein complex agent with a polyphenol component that is selected from a catechin group consisting of epigallocatechin-gallate, tannic acids, or proanto-dianisidine. Disclosed are methods by which the protein component of the complex is selected from animal proteins composed of a polypeptide chain of peptide-combined amino acids, vegetative proteins, nucleus proteins, glycogen proteins, lipo-proteins and metal proteins. Further described herein is a gene complex composed of genes containing polyphenol catechins, by which genes are introduced into the cells of animals or human bodies, via a cell adhesion inhibitor. Also described are animal cells such as stem, skin, mucosa, hepatocyte, islet, neural, cartilage, endothelial, epidermal, osteocyte and muscle cells that have been isolated from human or animal donor sperm, ovum or fertilized egg. Also provided are methods by which tissue and organ for transplantation of the immune tolerogen are selected. Therapeutic applications are included, for example as a gene complex, cell adhesion inhibitor or immune tolerogen in the treatment of arthritis, and as a sustained release preparation drug.
