This invention introduces novel thrombopoietin receptor agonist antibodies, methods and uses thereof. Central to the invention are various forms of c-mpl agonist antibodies which have been shown to influence the replication, differentiation and maturation of blood cells, especially megakaryocytes and megakaryocyte progenitor cells.
